(This option is for small parties with out the truck. All food will come in disposable containers and includes all plates and plastic utensils. Disposable chaffing dishes are available at an additional charge.)

A 50% deposit of the total is due for all catering bookings. Deposits are non-refundable when cancelled with in 60 days of the event.

About Buttz

The Desire To Follow A Passion

Buttz Food Truck started out as a desire to follow a passion. I am a graduate from culinary school who somehow ended up working in sales, but I never lost my passion for food. After several years of working for others and making them a lot of money, I decided it was time to follow my passion so I can wake up everyday excited to go to work!

I was living in Durango, CO enjoying a good life of skiing and basking in the cool mountain air, but I needed more. I wasn’t happy with work and I missed Texas. I’ve always enjoyed smoking barbeque and knew that I wanted to do a restaurant but I was struggling to come up with a great idea that would resonate with people as well as give me the balance of work and play.

Then, one day while I was sitting on a chair lift at Wolf Creek it hit me………Buttz! I literally came up with the entire idea while riding up the chair lift. I thought about the menu, the logo, the truck design, everything. I skied all day, but couldn’t stop thinking about it. That day I decided to resign from my job selling medical devices and open a gourmet food truck specializing in smoked pulled pork sandwiches.

Today I am proud to say that Buttz offers pecan smoked pork butt paired with unique ingredients to create delicious sandwiches. Just try to resist the intoxicating smoke wafting up in the air. One whiff will have your mouth watering for a Buttz sandwich.
